When I paint my spirit is let loose...

I am a landscape artist based on the Helford River in Cornwall. I paint outside, using gouache, and bring these to the studio to develop into larger oil paintings. I studied at the Slade School of Art and moved to Cornwall in 2020 to become a full time artist.

My book of paintings Helford Sketchbook #1 is available to buy. The first edition is now sold out, however the second edition which is a lovely format that fits well on your bookshelf is available and can be ordered here. The original plein air paintings from the book are now available to buy for £225 each including framing.

In 2025 I completed the Newlyn School of Art Professional Landscape Programme and exhibited in the group show Sentinel at Tremenheere Sculpture Park.
