Summer on the creek

A symphony of sparkle, of azure and lime. Everything is alive in the sunlight, ripples explode with a passing boat and then calm to a mirror. How to capture this vitalness, this energy, this joy. Little blades of seaweed skewer the surface, dancing on the tide as the grey pink mud makes fleeting appearances through the water swirl. I love this place, my retreat.
