Well this wasn’t forecast. A resolutely sullen sky, undertones of orange, possibly storm or dawn hues. Light trails across the water from recent boats. The rain clouds are ponderous and hang gloomily overhead. My eyes yearn for brighter skies but they do not come. Heading home early.
