The majesty of Autumn

How I love this time of year. Still warm, but with a mellow hue to the light which picks out the changing foliage. Today Trebah beach glows in the Autumn sunlight, an inviting cove amongst the trees. The Helford River's smoky blue haze is the perfect foil to the grasses and ferns. It makes me feel happy.

From My Helford Sketchbook collection. Painted in gouache, with an accompanying photo of handwritten text and location photo. Framed in a white wood St Ives frame measuring 32 x 25.5cm. Price includes postage and packing for UK addresses.
