Marmalade skies - Limited Edition Giclee (25 available)

This is a new professional fine art giclee print of my original painting "Tangerine Trees". It is printed on archive quality HahneMuhle Matt Fine Art smooth 310gsm Photo Rag paper. This is guaranteed for at least 125 years. Each print is individually numbered and embossed with a special artist signature stamp. The print image is 100 x 23cm plus a white border of 3cm all round.

This print will only be available for an edition run of 25, and its sister painting, "Tangerine Trees" is also available as a Limited Edition print.

The images shown here are of the original framed paintings, apart from the image showing the embossed signature. These prints are supplied unframed, wrapped in acid free paper and delivered in a large protective cardboard tube.

About the original painting

Painted on Arches Huile paper, with a deep pink ground.

The colours in winter are amazing in the early morning, the sky brightens and steely blues and tangerines compete for attention. This painting, along with its sister “Tangerine trees” were inspired by my early morning walks to Grebe beach for the cold water swim. It makes it easier to get up and out in the dark as you know you will see sky fireworks on the way. This was painted with a new shade for me, “Jaune Brilliant” by Holbein which is a lovely tangerine peach colour. I love it partnered with my usual dusky pink which is a bit of a signature colour for me.
